SCB 10X, the digital technology venture building and investment arm of SCBX group, has announced the “Bangkok Blockathon 2023,” taking place from April 29 to May 5 in Bangkok, Thailand. The hackathon is open to developers, builders and entrepreneurs globally who want to create, or are already creating, blockchain projects. Attendees can participate in workshops, networking events and panels by a lineup of speakers, mentors and judges from global partners. The hackathon will offer $18,000 in prizes and the opportunity for incubation and mentorship by SCB 10X and partners for blockchain-driven products. Finalists who reside outside of Thailand will be provided with flight reimbursement of up to $1,000 per person and free accommodation during the blockathon period. Located in the heart of Bangkok, DistrictX is a 10,000-square-foot space to foster world-class communities in blockchain and Web3.
