The latest episode of The Daily Crypto News focuses on Ripple and XRP, with news on price drops, a lawsuit update, and comments from Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse regarding the timeline for the lawsuit’s end. The price of XRP is down 7% due to a negative market influenced by high U.S. inflation rates. Meanwhile, the lawsuit against Ripple has seen a filing from IREMIT, which explains how they use XRP to support Ripple in the lawsuit. Garlinghouse states that federal judges work at their own pace, and the Ripple lawsuit could end in three to four months, though it could take longer.

The Daily Crypto News
Hey guys, what is up? It’s Dusty here and welcome back to another episode of The Daily crypto news. Today, mostly talking about Ripple and XRP. And if that’s something that you’re interested in, make sure you press that like button as we have a couple of juicy and cool pieces of news. Having said that, I think there’s a couple of different pieces we have lawsuit related news, we have Charles Hoskinson related news for XRP, we have Brad Gone House interview. Let’s just start with the most important which is the price and then work our way off this list.
The XRP Price is Down
The price is not doing so good today, we’re actually down seven percent. And for all of you that do not follow my Bitcoin or General market updates the XRP price is down right now because, well, I’d say because the market is down. The reason that things are doing extra bad right now is because the U.S inflation numbers just came out to a number that was higher than the majority of people expected.
Iremit Supports Ripple’s XRP in Lawsuit
While the XRP price might be down, Ripple did have a nice announcement in the lawsuit. Iremittance which is one of the companies that tried to enter into this lawsuit that basically said they’ve been using XRP for a while has formally filed its Amicus brief in support of Ripple defendants motion for summary judgment.
Charles Hoskinson Gets Heat from XRP Community
Something I don’t want to spend too much time on just quickly coming back is that Charles Hoskinson is getting a lot of hate from the XRP community for not really a good reason if I am honest or let’s say from my own perspectives.
Brad Garlinghouse Speaks on When XRP/Ripple Lawsuit Would End
We then have a little piece on Brad Garlinghouse which I think was interesting. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse speaks on when the XRP/Ripple Lawsuit would end. Federal judges work at their own pace optimistically which is in this case also quite realistically. We’re talking about three to four months pessimistically it could be longer than that.
