Cryptocurrency exchange LBank has listed Joseon Mun (JSM), the official national currency of Joseon, the world’s first legally recognised cyber nation-state. The listing is part of LBank’s commitment to offering users access to the most transformative digital assets. Joseon aims to use blockchain to eliminate regulatory barriers and foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation in cyberspace as a successor state to the Joseon Empire. JSM boasts a total supply of 2.4tn tokens with 20% allocated to the government and 5% to Joseon officials, 10% is for coin issuance, and the remaining 65% goes to the Ministry of Patronage which will fund companies domiciled in Joseon. The tokens are expected to be listed on LBank at 7:00am UTC on May 10, 2023, to be traded on the exchange. LBank is among the first platforms to list JSM, and its support for Joseon’s growth reaffirms the exchange’s commitment to innovative technologies and transformative digital assets.
