MetaCRM Secures $2.5 Million in Funding

Taiwanese Web3 start-up MetaCRM has raised $2.5m in seed funding from Cherubic Ventures. MetaCRM is designed to build a streamlined CRM solution for Web3 customers and users, with the aim of facilitating blockchain-native analytics tools by connecting on-chain and off-chain data on the BNB chain and Arbitrum ecosystem. In addition, the platform wants to integrate AI chatbots like ChatGPT. While it is a relatively new project, it intends to improve customer service by letting businesses manage their interactions, sales and marketing processes. However, it has yet to win major customers or testimonials and, according to TECHINASIA, the interaction so far is mostly related to MetaCRM’s giveaways rather than its services.
